Fake Labeling Ok, Impotent Gov Does Nothing

Picture Oregon Gov. Kate Brown

The Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) has caught yet another privately owned business doctoring the product content on its labels. After investigating and testing the suspect company and its product ingredient officials found that the company misbranded and undeclared key ingredients in some of its products. After finding these misgivings the company was ordered to stop selling the products. Officials called the company and said, hey stop selling that stuff.

After laboratory analysis two pesticides were found in the product but weren’t labeled as ingredients, which conflict with product claims of the company. Because of this an order was issued to stop sales, use, and to remove the product (SSSURO) from circulation. Since the advent of the product the company has made good profits but the ODA mentions nothing about financially penalizing the company for its transgressions.

In an alleged press conference Oregon Governor Kate Brown told reporters, we caught the bad guys, we’re going to make the citizens pay for this. Our government funding this year is lower, our budget was reduced and now we have to safeguard citizens, it’s not fair. We need to increase pensions and salaries, taxpayers need to take care of us, since they’re not, we’re not going to penalize the company as they’re doing what we do, stick it to joe public!

Governments Role in Identity Theft

Picture of Justin-Wilson-Comptroller-Tennessee

In an investigation the Office of Open Records Counsel (OORC) found over 500 Statutory Exceptions to Public Records as applicable to the Tennessee Public Records Act (TPRA). The TPRA stipulates all state, county and municipal records be available to any citizen upon request (ยง 10-7-503(a)(2)(A)), furthermore the Tennessee General Assembly (GA) requires courts give broad range access to public records upon request.

Records accessible under the TPRA include but isn’t limited to personnel records, customer lists, voting records, contracts, emails, text messages, voicemails, financial information, cancelled checks, investigations and more. There are documented exceptions to the TPRA, these exceptions control in congruencies to current laws, however there’s an exception to the exceptions list, in fact there are exceptions to the exceptions that have exceptions to the exceptions, it sounds like a joke but this is the government in all its confusing glory.

In short, confidential records like social security numbers (SSN), driver’s license numbers (DLN) voter registration information, voting history including selections and more can be sold upon request. In an alleged interview Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury Justin Wilson told reporters soon there will only be rich & poor, elite and their subjects. Citizens must decide which side of the equation they want to be on, the manipulated or the manipulator, in this case we’re helping the poor slobs decide, if they can’t help themselves why should the government?

Combating Government Crime with Cryptocurrency

Picture of SEC Chairman Jay Clayton

U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has for a decade protested and enacted legislation against cryptocurrencies. Cryptocurrency is an electronic or virtual currency that can be used, traded as a medium of exchange and often as a replacement for currency or money across the globe. Typically, central banks or the banks of nations control the money supply by printing or issuing funds and by controlling banking institutions activities to match political, private, government or other agenda’s deemed appropriate by the central banks.

Typically, with the power of central banks governments have managed to cripple adversarial nations’ economies by cutting off the money supply and by implementing sanctions that keeps a nation from doing business with other nations for needed supplies and financing. But that’s not all, because central banks typically aren’t audited; governments have funded wars, the takeover of elected governments and kept proxy wars in vogue for the last few decades dating back to the end of the cold war.

With the advent of crypto technology governments find themselves in a scramble to control the crypto supply, as users can buy & trade, pay bills and more without government intervention or sanctions. For these reasons many nations are either creating their own cryptocurrencies and/or creating legislation to control them. The U.S. is taking both paths, through the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA) advertisements have pushed to educate consumers (Main Street) regarding the threats initial coin offerings (ICOs) and other digital products that aren’t regulated pose.

In an alleged press conference SEC Chairman Jay Clayton told reporters and the public, cryptocurrency isn’t legal because it’s not subject to regulation. Offerors of the product aren’t licensed and the crypto markets can be manipulated, no shit, it sounds a lot like national currencies of today. Does he remember, low interests rates or free money for the wealthy (zero interest rate loans) and banks (bailouts) since the big recession in 2008? If not, maybe he remembers bailing out financial institutions with taxpayer dollars with the printed reserve bank money which privatized profits while socializing loss?

Chairman Clayton allegedly continued with reporters saying we cannot allow Main Street to become pawns in a crypto game, reiterating governments must retain the ability to exploit its people. Clayton, added once governments control crypto currency we’ll be able to reach into people’s accounts confiscating funds at our leisure. Adding, the people will follow our guidelines as they’re gullible and want to be law abiding, if they’re that dumb we should take them for all they have, remember no good deed goes unpunished.

Really, Government Moral APPS for Kids

Picture of Secretary-of-State-Rex-Tillerson

The U.S. Government has been using “Applications” better known as APPS, specialized programs or digital interfaces which are designed to operate in the digital arena for specific products & purposes. The Government uses these APPS to spread propaganda, to enlighten the public about government services, to conduct surveys, to track the publics behavior and movements but more generally to push specific messages to the public. These APPS cover subjects from children’s stories, terrorism, welfare, emergency services, travel adversaries, depression, suicide, war, religion, serving in the military, morals and shopping.

On the moral side of the APPS available & recommended to children is the AESOP APP, which contains over one hundred historic children’s stories. Allegedly the stories are meant to teach youth morals, courage and how to be good citizens by obeying ma, pa & having respect for authority the elderly and more it’s really sickening. There’s also secret code within the stories that touch on societal norms, regarding race, religion, wealth, class, civic obedience and other related status quo indoctrinating purposes or agendas.

The U.S. State Department (DOS) whose mission is to promote democratic values for some while promoting a free & prosperous small part of the world for a select few. With this mission in mind in an alleged press conference DOS Secretary of State Rex Tillerson told reporters “we’ve just cut military benefits now we need a new brainwashing tool for the little tikes coming up. My department has put out so many APPS & brainwashed so many proving this stuff works. I mean the parents nor their little tikes stand a chance, they believe anything we communicate”. Then the secretary turned saying watch this as he snapped his fingers, suddenly a handful of kids put on masks with points at the top while singing I pleba allegiance to the flag…

Quantum Computing To Rescue Infrastructure

Picture of NIST Director Dr Copan

In the 1980’s the possibility of developing quantum computers (QC) was a joke or theoretically possible according to some theoreticians in quantum mechanics. In the 1990’s as understanding of quantum principles grew early researchers began working on rudimentary quantum concepts, while the government financed programs to increase knowledge in the new field. Fast forward to 2018 you’ll find crude quantum computers do exist but are less powerful than traditional atomic computers.

Now that quantum computing is a reality politicians & senior military officials are weary and scared of the future if the U.S. isn’t at the forefront of the quantum computing age. Many scientists believe within the next decade or so powerful QC computers will not only exist but will be available to all governments, big businesses and some criminal enterprises. Because of this coming reality government & military officials are stepping up funding through research grants, contests, projects and more to ensure the U.S. is at the forefront of quantum computing.

In a press conference National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Director Dr. Copan told reporters “my little willy is still small, but now I can make it do tricks, just ask my wife. I can make it wiggle, move, shrink or grow but the best trick is that sometimes she doesn’t know it’s there, but I do because I can feel something”. Horrified, from the speech, a reporter asked what does that have to do with quantum computing? The director replied, I had to start experiments with what’s most important to me.

Is Chicago’s Police Department Reforming?

Picture of Chicago Major Rahm Emanuel

The Chicago police department has been known over the decades as racist, perpetrators of constitutional violations, extortion, white collar crime, bribery and more. In 2017 the U.S. Department of Justice (injustice) and the U.S. Attorney’s office of Illinois investigated the Chicago police department. The investigation uncovered rampant misconduct, procedural and public trust violations.

It’s not all bad there have been programs implemented with minimal success, such as the Chicago Alternative Policing Strategy (CAPS) which provides officers to communities, essentially partnering those policed and those responsible for policing. Another minimally successful program is the Strategic Subject List (SSL) which is an algorithm that predicts crime perpetrators and crime victims of gun violence.

Large communities of Chicago are mostly of minority decent, however the police force is over seventy percent white. This distortion accounts for some of the problems such as a lack of empathy and gerrymandering of police positions within the force. In many cases you have legacy police families with grandfathers, fathers & sons having served in the department. This legacy policing ensures certain barriers remain while opportunities are preselected for a few chosen groups, all of this happens with the blessing of senior leadership in Chicago’s institutions.

In an alleged press conference Major Rahm Emanuel and Attorney General (AG) Madican held a briefing to highlight the launching of a new communication website that would give citizens a voice in elevating policing issues. The Major & AG believe the website will help bring about a reformed police department. There’s evidence supporting the website is achieving its goal. However the city of Chicago is running into financial budget constraints. To deal with this reality the major allegedly told officers get out there and arrest minorities, we need the bail money.

Comptroller Nails Perpetrators with Talk

Picture of Justin-Wilson-Comptroller-Tennessee

Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury Justin Wilson headed an investigation into the University of Tennessee, Knoxville Sports Management Office. The comptroller’s office was tipped off as to University staff alleged misdoings by the University’s Department of Audit and Compliance. Results of the investigation revealed several violations of University policies regarding trips, request for quotes, accepting gifts and more.

Throughout the country investigations have revealed many similar abuses in university sporting programs. Proponents of school sport programs argue this is how the industry operates & that it can’t be changed while detractors take a hard stance on punishing perpetrators and the businesses that seek favors. In this case hundreds of thousands are involved, while in other cases the numbers are in the millions. Typically, even though school rules are broken and trust lost, jobs and positional privileges are rarely lost by perpetrators leaving many to ask, what’s the point in overturning rule violations when there are no consequences?

In an alleged press conference Comptroller Justin Wilson told alumni, the press and school officials, it makes sense not to punish the guilty they’re just having fun with their positions and he would like permission to do the same. Stunned officials looked in horror, began to laugh saying yeah we’ve neglected ourselves for too long. Asking why don’t you arrange one of those big party giveaways, there’s plenty of bribe money, girls and tax dollars to go around, let’s get it while we can, what do you say? Think about this, if we get caught we’ll get recommended for periodic employee training, it’s a win -win.

U.S. wants more guns in hands of youths

Picture of FBI Director Christopher Wray

Across the country local, county, state & federal government agencies are creating programs to increase the numbers of youths with guns. For over a decade agencies have been seeing a drop in hunter numbers, which mean a drop in licensing fees or profits for some agencies. Because of this agencies are creating youth hunting or apprentice hunter programs to increase the hunting population which will bring more profits to government coffers.

If the U.S. wasn’t the world leader in murders, gun violence and imprisonment in large part because of guns & drugs this push to increase youths with guns would be understandable. According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in 2011 guns were used in 68% of murders. Since the early 1990’s gun violence has decreased while at the same time mass shootings have become deadlier. Is this because perpetrators are now more skilled at using guns?

In an alleged meeting FBI Director Christopher Wray told attendees, “Of course there will be more shootings of innocent civilians around the country, even with this reality our agencies need to exist, so compared to closing agencies or keeping them open, there’s no choice. Civilians must die so we can stay open for business. Besides if we arm law abiding citizens and criminals it’ll be a stalemate and never forget it’s mostly the poor & people of color dying, who cares about them they’re not making America great again”.

Alabama over Regulated Land Lease Communities

Picture of mobile home

If manufactured homes or land lease communities don’t strike a bell surely the name mobile homes will. All of the names represent the same type of community, affordable housing for the poor. Over the years tenants in these communities, local governments, slum lords & owners have renamed these sites in an effort to evade the stigmas associated with names like trailer parks, trailer trash communities, mobile home parks and manufactured home communities.

What people don’t know is that mobile homes generate some of the highest profits in real estate for property owners. Knowing profits are high in this industry naturally attracts government attention so as to get its slice of the mobile market pie. Across the nation trailer parks are subject to government inspection on various annual bases. Inspection forms ask questions such as is a roof present, are there walls, is the floor intact & other silly questions.

In Alabama’s official newsletter of the Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) they brag about winning the ECOS award for their thorough inspections (n-SPECT program) of trailer parks. The leading community for this award held the event and is appropriately named Jackson Hole. The name kind of underscores what official’s think of trailer parks and their award.

WHAT TECHNOLOGY & PAVEMENTS HAVE IN COMMON?

Picture of Dept of Transportation Commissioner Charles Zelle

The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDot) is a member of the National Road Research Alliance (NRRA), along with other government agencies, academia and private businesses. NRRA focuses on strategic pavement research and building alliances to share best practices and more. Shortly NRRA will be hosting its annual pavement conference to share the latest industry news. During the conference topics such as asphalt, concrete, grading, pavement preservation and pavement radar to name a few will be covered.

So what does technology & pavements have in common? Expensive conferences, costly tools, paid speakers, networking events and lots of government funding. Network structural evaluation, deflection meter, infrastructure condition, and interval framework are some of the terms thrown around by MnDot pavement gurus. Maybe these guys can build rocket ships as well, based on these terms there must be more to pouring concrete. I thought it went something like this, build a frame, pour the concrete, make sure it’s level, soak up the excess water and watch it dry for eight hours or two weeks if you’re a government employee.

Apparently, I was wrong for these guys are brilliant. As the Department of Transportation Commissioner Charles Zelle was allegedly conducting a weekly conference call with MnDot employees, Mr. Zelle told attendees watching concrete dry takes skill, emphasizing watching without sleeping takes years of experience.

Expanding Prison aka Slave labor Programs

Picture of Warden Tony Parker

Across the country forced prison labor is being used to reduce government costs for typical functions such as maintenance, rescue, carpentry, cleaning and more. This expanding pipeline reduces jobs civilians could obtain, incentivizes government including law enforcement to increase or maintain prison populations. But that’s not all, big businesses in nearly every industry partners with government, private prisons and law enforcement for free prison labor.

Typically prisoners have no choice in working, because it’s either do the work or be confined to solitary. An argument for prison labor says it helps prisoners time go by faster, and often prisoners can trade labor for time served thus reducing their sentences. Of course, this fly’s in the face of growing prison sentences. Instead of receiving thirty days probation or six months for a minor crime, new guidelines are mandating one to two years sentencing. So, when a prisoner works to reduce sentencing the effort only reduces an inflated sentence.

How is this legal? Sentence to Serve (STS) and/or Community Service Work (CSW) laws (guidelines) allow the expansion & continuation of prison labor programs. The path the country is on has seen local, county, state and the federal government perpetuate this program with the aid and funding of lobbyists, private interest groups and big business. Allegedly according to Tennessee Warden (Corrections Commissioner) Tony Parker the Orwellian future is here, law enforcement can legally create laws on the fly, giving officers the ability replenish prisoners as needed.

While out on a date Warden Parker allegedly told his mistress I can have your house cleaned, plumbing fixed and have a gold plate toilet installed. I can have your shrubs removed, bushes trimmed, car fixed & more. I have the power to control people’s lives; I can take away their liberties or set them free. I’m powerful and your about to get the Warden three inch platter, it’s good for two minutes, my last date laughed while I was giving it to her, she’s in jail now, you best not laugh.

Police State Expands its Powers

Picture of NIST Director Dr Copan

What does combined explosive exploitation cells, improvised explosive devices (IEDs), Edgewood Chemical Biological Center, scanning tunneling microscopy (STM), X-ray microscopy, left of boom, Raman spectroscopy, nanofabricated coaxial multilayer probes & the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) have in common? The commonality is a Chemical Fingerprint Imaging System that’ll help warfighters identify planters of IEDs in the theater of war.

This new prototype system will analyze micro particles within fingerprints ultimately identifying the owner of the residual DNA particles and the fingerprints. In the theater of war fingerprints aren’t enough to detain suspected IED planters but with this new technology even days after the event this prototype system will identify perpetrators giving field personal the ability to detain suspects based on analyzed data.

Law enforcement is looking forward to using this technology. The system is small, interfaces with the FBIs Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System adding a second layer to the systems accuracy once a suspect’s identification has been made. System results are admissible in U.S. Courts introducing a new danger and loss of rights to millions if this technology is abused. Early indicators show abuse is likely as the next generation system is scheduled for delivery to the U.S. Criminal Investigation Laboratory within 24 months.

In an alleged interview Under Secretary of Commerce for Standards and Technology and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Director Dr. Copan told reporters “with this new system we’ll be able to nail the innocent to the wall”. When a reporter interrupted saying you mean the guilty? In a critical tone Dr. Copan said “no one is innocent, only those that can afford legal representation are innocent, the rest well, they’ll go to jail, that’s where the low life’s and poor belong, sure they’ll be abused by bubba but that’s their own bad luck. In the long run more prisons are good, because we have to feed the prison industrial complex, this new tool will ensure prison quotas are adhered to”.

Lucky residents avoid city dump as neighbor

Picture of Albuquerque Mayor Tim Keller

Edith Transfer Station had become the divisive topic of the town in Albuquerque New Mexico. Because local residents and lawmakers have been in term oil for years over the government’s proposal to place a drop off garbage station in the North Valley of Albuquerque near residents homes. Even though property values would surely fall lawmakers justified the proposal saying it would save thousands or millions of dollars with this move.

In the proposal trash trucks would bring their waste, dump it at the site, the trash would remain there until transported to its final resting location in Colorado. City officials maintained the site would not be a dump but a holding station, they further maintained there would be a convenience center for residents, lawmakers were hoping this little benefit would prompt some residents to say sounds good go ahead & put the dump next to my house, but that was delusional thinking.

While still in a delusional state, lawmakers told residents the site will help prevent illegal dumping, will be closed on major holidays, also trucks will avoid using the site during rush hour traffic, what a bonus, it’s almost too real to believe. However, as a new major came to oversee the project, doubt set in & the major decided to scrap the project. Residents were ecstatic until they heard the dump will be approved for another neighborhood. In an alleged press conference Major Tim Keller told reporters the site will house hazardous materials, we need to move those near low lives because we’re making America great again.

More Drone Public Surveillance Authorized

Picture of New York Governor Andrew Cuomo

In America Government Drone (unmanned aircraft) use for surveillance has grown exponentially over the past decade under the guise of making the public safe. In the founding of the nation Benjamin Franklin was quoted in summary to say “those willing to give up liberty for temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety”.

This quote has served as the rallying cry for those opposed to increased government spying censorship & the weakening of 4th amendment rights which protect the citizenry from unreasonable searches and seizures by government. In a challenge to expanding government surveillance the 1989 Supreme Court case Florida v. Riley, saw the court hand over to law enforcement the right to spy on citizens from public airspaces without warrants or justification.

Across America the federal government has hundreds of drone programs taking pictures of citizens as they move around in their daily lives. But it’s not only the federal government, it’s also local, county, city, state and unincorporated government agencies creating and expanding local law enforcement and business drone programs further eroding 4th amendment rights.

As New York Governor Andrew Cuomo held a press conference to espouse the benefits of his expanded drone program a reporter asked “where does the spying end and begin, why is it ok to spy on citizens lounging in their back yard or sitting on the couch in the privacy of their homes, no one expects drones to be viewing them from the skies, why is this ok?” asked the reporter.

Cuomo, stared at the reporter without speaking, perplexed the reporter said what’s wrong are you going to respond to my question? Just then Cuomo said you look familiar, is your name Michael, the reporter smiled with confidence replying “yes” it is. Cuomo furthered your nick name is Tiny Tim, the reporter turned red, put his head down replying that’s what my wife calls me. Cuomo, laughed saying I saw a video of you & your wife on your couch several days ago, now our drones can listen in & read lips, she calls you Tiny Tim because she can’t find it sometimes.

Replacing Cancer with Cancer as a Cure

Picture of Deputy Secretary Eric D. Hargan

According to the National Cancer Institute (NCI) a branch of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) almost 20% of new cancer patients were previously diagnosed with the same or a different cancer. The study covered years 2009 thru 2013, according to an NCI spokesman this large percentage of reoccurrence has significant ramifications and must be further investigated, no shit. Researchers explain certain types of cancers are a result of chemotherapy or radiation treatment but those types of treatment don’t explain the high recurrence rates exposed by the research.

Despite the researched data, the fact is cancer patient’s life expectancy has greatly increased over the last few decades. But if improvements are to continue the recurrence rate must be studied & remedied before the trend is reversed. So, to get more cancer survivors involved in more test trials researchers are pushing to allow previous excluded groups to participate in cancer trials even though participation is likely to be detrimental to those participants health even if the previous cancer is inactive.

U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) Secretary Eric Hargan who oversees NCI & NIH in an alleged internal meeting told his staff if more prior cancer patients are allowed to participate in trials we’ll get more kickbacks from Drug companies because trials need drugs and lots of them. A newbe to the group asked, aren’t inclusion into these trials for patients with dormant cancer likely to energize existing cancer or make old cancers comeback with a vengeance? Eric laughed, so did the group, saying newbies you’ve got to love them.

The newbie chimed in I don’t understand, when the group said listen carefully, more trials means more drugs, more drugs mean more kickbacks, that’s how we stay funded & send our kids to college, got it? The newbie said understood, but I came here to help people, everyone fell out of their chairs laughing saying good one, now go out and call some cancer survivors, we need more participants for the new designer drugs coming from one of our major donors. Eric, chimed in look if the dopes get cancer they should of known what they were signing up for, adding I can’t be the guardian of dummies.
